This collection is focused on the art and craft of research in an innovation process.

 

It mostly draws from qualitative research methods, as these are often underutilized approaches in the public sector.  The tools here aim to democratically and equitably position the "researcher" and "researched" together as co-creators. Action research directly connects the processes of research and action together, in real time, while seeking transformative change.
