There are many, many theories and frameworks that can help us to think more clearly and rigorously about how we think transformation happens.
The foundations here are the ones that our team returns to most often; they are the North stars that help us deepen our understanding and practice of how transformation, emergence, and resurgence happens. We share these to be transparent about our choices and influences, and also to support and encourage your own explorations into more strongly theorizing your work.
